A Month of Faves: Winter Reading 2018

Wonder what Girlxoxo and Estella’s Revenge have on their winter reads list?

Mon. | Dec 17 – #AMonthofFaves Winter Reading – Your fave reads from last Winter, and /or seasonal reads you love, and 5 books on this year’s winter reading list.

So….. I’ve kinda been in a social media/blog blackhole because I’ve been sick (preceded by 6 days of taking care of my little niece) so…….. I’m struggling.

This post is going to be a bit of a mis-mash of books I enjoyed (seasonal reads) and books that I eagerly anticipate for winter (and maybe another book or 2 that I think you should read!)

Seasonal reads to get you in the Holiday Spirit:

I get giddy about the holidays. I really do. Something about the holidays just makes me feel SO MUCH.

So if you are into seasonal reads- here are 3 that you need to check out!

One Day in December by Josie Silver- it’s got some sweetness with some realness!

Season of Wonder by RaeAnne Thayne- gorgeous cover and sweet story.

The Christmas Sisters by Sarah Morgan- love this cover and the story!

Some books that I’m looking forward to reading in Winter 2019:

The Burning Island by Hester Young

The Night Olivia Fell by  ChristinaMcDonald (already read, but I may re-read, it’s that good!)

The Liar’s Room by Simon Lelic

And the one book that should be on your winter reads list (if you love unreliable narrators!)

I’m late to the game of loving Sometimes I Lie, but I REALLY enjoyed it!

*What are you looking forward to read this winter?*

  1. Thanks for the link up! I haven’t collected any favorite Christmas reads because any book I read over Christmas is a Christmas read! I may need to start a collection because the suggestions sound lovely! For my blog post, I listed my winter TBR. I hope that’s ok??

  2. I read and loved the first three you showed. This winter I”m looking forward to the new Robyn Carr and I believe I have a RaeAnne Thayne book too. I’ll need to see about fitting some domestic suspense in between 🙂
    Feel better, T!
