Hi ya’ll! Well, Little A (my youngest niece) is here for a few days. We’ve watched Frozen, sang Let It Go, danced around the house, watched Peppa Pig (Daddy Pig says “you can never have enough potatoes” and I COMPLETELY agree with that!)
So, I know how my weekend is going to be- how will yours be?
1. ICYMI at Traveling With T: A Month of Faves: 10 Popular Books Worth The Hype, A Month of Favorites: 2018 Favorites Edition, Giveaway of True Places, All We Ever Wanted, $25 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway, A Month of Faves: Blogger Love.
2. Have you added The Gown to your TBR list?
3. Reviews from around the web: Jenn Tarheel Reader reviews Once Upon a River, PhDiva reviews My Favorite Half-Night Stand, Dressed To Read reviews The Seven 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle, Bookfan reviews The Christmas Wishing Tree, and Audio Killed The Bookmark reviews Let Me Lie.
4. Love this cover of The Mother-In-Law!
5. #FridayReads: I’m re-reading Big Little Lies (because when Little A is here, I can’t concentrate to read a new book!)
6. Who is LOVING this cover?
7. I’m kinda hoping that Santa will bring me a new Kindle for Christmas. My battery life on my one now is just kinda crappy and the Paperwhite and Oasis look so good. So, Santa, I’ve been VERY good!
8. I think after Little A leaves- this will be my book to start reading!
*What are you big plans for the weekend? Reading anything good?*
Happy Reading and Bookishly Yours,
T @ Traveling With T
You’re such a good auntie! I’m doing some baking for our event tomorrow and I think we’re getting our tree on Sunday! Oh and my sister in law may give birth but baby girl is small so we need her to cook that baby a bit longer. 😍
I try to be- the girls mean so much to me.
My tree is still not up 😦
Oh goodness- babies are always fun, but hopefully she’ll cook a bit more- it’s hard when they have to stay at the hospital for awhile to get to a good weight.
Thanks for sharing my review, my sweet friend! I can’t believe little A is old enough to do all those busy things! Wasn’t she just born?! 😂 I would love to read the new Di Maio! That cover!!!! And I know there are beautiful words inside too. Enjoy and happy weekend! Xoxo ♥️
You are welcome! Right?! She seems like just born yesterday- but she’ll be 2 in Feb.
That cover is SO pretty. IN love with it!
How fun!
Saturday, youngest has basketball, and at night, hubby and I are going to his office Christmas party in Inner Harbor (Baltimore).
Need to finish decorating the house. Middle college kid comes home next weekend. Have to pick him up in DC.
Have a lovely weekend!

THE TREE IS STILL NOT UP. Sigh. Maybe after my niece leaves.
Sounds like a fun weekend 🙂 🙂 It’s cold and rainy here today, so we’re just hanging in the house. She’s in a Frozen trance now 😉
I think my husband brought ours up from the basement. I can finally start decorating this week.
FINALLY put the tree up December 13th. It’s the latest I’ve ever put one up.
I had an Italian friend, her parents were immigrants, and they always put theirs up on 12/13. St. Lucia Day. Her mom said it was good luck.
Well, I’m going to keep a positive attitude about it 🙂 ❤ ❤
Thanks for sharing T! I loved Seven Deaths of Evelyn so much. Oh, I’ve watched Frozen about a hundred million times!!!
You are so welcome- I picked up Seven Deaths at Book Expo, but haven’t had a chance to read it!
Oooh…. it is super entertaining! Enjoy
Thank you!!!
Thanks for the shout-out. Can’t wait to hear about the new Sally Hepworth!
You are welcome- I’ve already the Sally H book- it’s GREAT!
Great book covers on this post! We had a big snow (early for us!) so I enjoyed reading today. I finished Mind Games by Nancy Mehl and starting on Foretold by Laura Spinella.
Sounds like you had a nice weekend!
