Well as I write this, this is my first time to use the new WordPress Block Editor and I really am not liking it so far- maybe because it’s taken me 2x as long to get this post going because I have to figure out where everything is.
And how is your Friday going?
- ICYMI at Traveling With T: A Good Marriage, The Collector and Blindsighted.
2. Have you read A Good Marriage?
3. September was not too shabby when it came to reading..
4. #FridayReads: One By One by Ruth Ware.
5. I LOVED The Collector- have you read it?
6. I realized the other day that I never did finish the Up and Vanished podcast about Tara Grinstead and so I started listening again from the beginning. Such a good podcast.
*What are you reading this weekend?*
Happy Reading and Bookishly Yours,
T @ Traveling With T

I’ll have to check out that podcast now that I have a longer commute. I’m reading Zero Bomb by M.T. Hill this weekend.
If you like true crime, you def need to listen to this!
T, I am happy to see Literary Friday! ❤️ You know, I was working on blog posts last night, and I kept mine in what is supposedly the classic editor. It is not. Things are still moved, it is extremely slow processing, and it took me forever. It was so frustrating I considered giving up blogging the entire time I worked on my posts. There was no reason for WordPress to force it on us and I’m not happy. But I AM happy it’s the weekend, and I hope you have a great one! Xo
Jen, OMG, I know. I hate that WP just did all this. Ok so I found the classic editor in the “block” choices and at least it’s more like how I used to blog (but sometimes it’s like it wants to swap to the block editor) and I’m feeling better- but trying to get this Lit Friday post was making me sweat bullets. And maybe one day when I have time I’ll want to check out the new features- but NOT NOW. I just want to blog,
I went out to eat with my parents tonight and I treated myself to French Fries 🙂
Yes, I’m using the classic editor, but it isn’t the same. They changed where everything is and you are right- it keeps wanting to swap you over. I have to toggle back and forth between the app and web version to make a single post. So ridiculous, and I like my posts simple, so I will never check out the new features. 😂 I’m glad you had a treat! You have been working it! ❤️
I don’t have the app on my phone- I just blog from the laptop- but I hate you are having so much trouble. The past couple of times I have blogged- I’ve gotten into a bit of a groove with it I think (STILL like how everything was BEFORE).
Yes, I did deserve a treat. And they were delicious 🙂
