Traveling With T’s Thoughts:

I have loved Beatriz’s books since I laid my eyes on the cover of A Hundred Summers. Her other books ( The Secret Life of Violet Grant, Tiny Little Thing, & Along The Infinite Sea) also captivated my interest.

When I saw the cover for The Summer Wives- I knew I was going to request it before I read the description- the cover is just that good!

What I liked:

Well.. the cover. Duh.

Miranda Schuyler. While I need to do some re-reading to see where she fits in with the Schuyler gang of gals- she’s got their strength, determination and charm.

How the story was broken down. The narrators of the book left crumbs and clues about how things had changed so much for the current people living in the house.

 

Bottom line: Secrets are def aplenty in The Summer Wives…… and the secrets are deliciously tempting….
