A Likely Story

Lindsey Norris, Briar Creek librarian, is having a normal day. Some book talk, the craft-afternoon group being there, and talk of her love life. All in all, a normal day for Miss Lindsey.

When it’s time to take some books out to one of the islands for Stewart Rosen- Lindsey’s ex, Sully, gladly runs her out there- hoping to spend a little time talking with her.

When they arrive at the island, though, something is amiss. Stewart is not there to greet them. This causes both Lindsey and Sully some alarm- especially Sully, because he knows from first hand experience how protective the brothers are of the island and how they set traps for trespassers.
