Ya’ll! Yesterday, Traveling With T turned 3! Wondering where all the fan-fare was yesterday? Well, the internet had the nerve to go out before I could get the post finished!!! (Grrrrrrr………) But fear not- I am a gal who likes to celebrate multiple times! So, yesterday, I enjoyed a yummy Krispy Kreme doughnut (so good!) and homemade pizza (mmmm.. sausage and red bell pepper!) and cursed the internet multiple times.
In my 3rd year, I feel as if I have hit my stride. I feel like I belong. I feel like screaming “I AM A BOOK BLOGGER!” I’m still learning things. I’m having fun. I’m trying to be involved as I can without overloading myself. BUT the main thing- I’m still being me. I’m being authentic. I’m cherishing the relationships I have with the people who have helped me along the way, with the publicists, with the bloggers that I have befriended. And I’m still jazzed beyond belief when I meet authors!
So, it’s my birthday- but I’m giving YOU the gifts! This year I went to a few book signings- at 3 I attended, I bought signed copies of their backlist books. Because while my blog post is late- I’ve been planning this Happy Birthday to Traveling With T for over a year!

This was my second time to meet Karen White– and she was just as charming as the first time I met her. Funny and interesting. While I have this book (STILL haven’t read it!) I love the cover- and know many of my readers are HUGE Karen fans. Enjoy!

And Then I Found You by Patti Callahan Henry
I have been emailing, chit-chatting on the phone, and tweeting with Patti over the past couple of years- between AND THEN I FOUND YOU being chosen as a She Reads book selection in 2013 to reviewing her 2014 book- THE STORIES WE TELL. When I found out I could actually MEET Patti at TurnRow Books– I was all over that!

Jenny was so kind when I met her for COVER OF SNOW- I had to go back for RUIN FALLS. It was at RUIN FALLS signing, she signed COVER OF SNOW for my giveaway (Jenny is SO supportive of bloggers!)
