Maybe This Christmas

Brenna Daniels is not like most girls. Brenna is fierce on the slopes, lives a minimalist lifestyle, and would rather be in ski clothes that fancy ones any day. Where she is like most other women is in regard to Tyler O’Neil- former skiing champion and major hunkalicious bad body- is that she’s in love with him. For Tyler- he’s always regarded Brenna as a friend, a close confidant, and someone that loves and understands skiing like he does.

To most at Snow Crystal, it’s obvious that Brenna cares for Tyler (and even more obvious that Tyler’s past has left him gun-shy about RELATIONSHIPS with women; not being a woman magnet.) So, Kayla- in a brilliant beyond brilliant plan makes a plan- and sets it up so that Tyler and Brenna will have to live together. This opens them both up to moments of awkward- and has Tyler considering things that he would rather not think about too much with Brenna- for fear of ruining the only relationship with a woman he’s been able to sustain.

What Kayla does not know is that Tyler and Brenna living together will shed some light on the past and give Brenna strength off the slopes that she did not know she had.

Will this Christmas be the Christmas that Brenna gets what she wants? Will Tyler finally realize that Brenna is the girl for him? Or will Brenna have to face the fact that Tyler is not the man for her?

“His name wasn’t just carved on a tree somewhere; it was carved in her heart.” ~ Brenna, MAYBE THIS CHRISTMAS.

Traveling With T’s Thoughts:

This is the 3rd book in the O’Neil brothers series- and man, I’m sorry to see them go! I have enjoyed my time in Snow Crystal.

Brenna is so darn adorable. She’s fierce on the slopes- but so afraid to let her heart’s desires be known. Brenna is easy to relate to- a girl that excels in some areas and is afraid to speak her mind in others.

Tyler- we knew from the previous 2 books that he had a skiing accident and that he was a hunkalicious guy. We knew that his daughter had come to live with him and he was questioning about how to be a good dad. The scene had been set for us to find out why about Tyler- why his daughter came to live, his relationship with her mother, and more details about his skiing accident. Sarah Morgan did not disappoint in this regard.

Ooh la la- the interactions between Brenna and Tyler… yum! But Sarah didn’t just give us readers hot and steamy- when Tyler finally finds out something about Brenna’s past- his reaction, his pain was palpable.

Overall thoughts: READ. And if this is your first O’Neil brother story- go back and read the first 2. You’ll gulp them up over the holidays!

I read the first book & have the 2nd. I haven’t found this book locally, so I may need to order on Amazon before Christmas! Sleigh Bells in the Snow was amazing! Gotta love those O’Neill boys!

  2. Never heard of this series and made me realize I have not read a book set on the slopes since my harlequin presents days. I love things that take me back down memory lane.

I can’t wait to read this but at the same time I will be sad to leave Snow Crystal. This has been a great series and it is good to know the last will not disappoint!
