3. The #ReadHachette hashtag is growing! Listen, I’m not going to bash Amazon and I’m not going to suggest you boycott. But this #ReadHachette debacle is disturbing on behalf of authors everywhere. This isn’t the first time it’s happened (and it’s happened at places other than Amazon before)- but it’s always hurtful to see authors lose out. The Book Wheel has more info on the subject of #ReadHachette- and if you want to show support to the Hachette authors ( Little Brown and Grand Central Publishing are 2 of the big publishers under the Hachette umbrella- which means that you can’t get The Matchmaker by Elin Hildrebrand- which is one of the Traveling With T’s 2014 Beach Reads OR The Fever by Megan Abbot- which is a Traveling With T Futuristic Friday Selection from Amazon until this whole mess is resolved!) then tweet #ReadHachette!!!!!!!

Thanks for sharing my Nonfiction link-up! I’m also disappointed to see author’s being negatively impacted by the Amazon/Hachette thing and hope it won’t stop people from picking up Hachette books.
You are welcome! I’m hating the Amazon/Hachette issue- living in the sticks like I do- well Amazon has been a great place for many things. And Amazon sells cozy mystery books! But, I’m displeased- and I hope that this issue is quickly resolved!
