The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, May 13th and runs through Sunday, May 19th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. Woohoo! I love spreading bookish fun. I have a busy week ahead of me so my goals aren’t nearly as lofty as Bloggiesta’s were, but I think they are doable.
My goals are not too lofty either- This week is just a bit nutty for me!
I always bite off more than I can chew for these read-a-thons and Bloggiesta. Glad you are joining in and I found you through Allison too 🙂 Good thing I got a head start over the weekend with my reading cause I just couldn’t wait for today.
