A couple of weeks ago I marked the next Maggie Knox book as a Want To Read on Goodreads. My friend Steph saw this and we got in a conversation about wanting to read some Christmas books soon. And then The Loopy Knot joined in and mentioned a Christmas in July readathon.

And I really liked the idea because the past couple of years have been hard and I haven’t been reading  as much as I wanted and have really neglected my Christmas reads.

So impulsively this week, I decided to make July a Christmas in July Readathon. I have like zero rules. No fancy signups. No hashtags to follow or accounts you gotta check out on social media.

This is low-key, easy-peasy fun. If you want to join in, join in. If you want to share with me on social media you are reading a Christmas book- that’s cool. If you want to comment on my reviews, that is cool.

Right now, I have 3 books planned to read in July. We will see how many I get to!
