I really have enjoyed the antics and fun of Mel and Angie over the years. They have been through a lot and each story gives me a giggle.

 

What I liked:

The cover. It is SCRUMPTIOUS looking.

The character development and the sub plots. I don’t read cozy mysteries for tons of recipes- I read them for the character development and the sub plots in the stories. Jenn McKinlay nails this whether you are reading her Cupcake series or Library Lover’s series!

That Mel and dear Joe have set a date! I am almost as excited as Mel’s mom is about these 2 getting married!

 

Bottom line: This is cute, sweet and with a mystery that is enjoyable. Grab a cupcake and give it a read!
