Today, Phoebe is back at Traveling With T- confessing #literaryconfessions, telling what item of clothing she wouldn’t be, and much more!
Do you have any #literaryconfessions?
I was an English lit major, and I turned in three papers on Moby Dick in college without ever reading it. Finally I caved on paper #4 and read the thing—and couldn’t believe how much I loved it. I made As on those first three papers, by the way. Thank you, Cliff’s Notes. (Children, do not do as Auntie Phoebe did. Do your homework!)
Do you have a #literarycrush?
If any chick-lit lover worth her salt does not call out Mark Darcy on this one, then I have to hang up my author hat. I adore the “good guy” and have never seen the appeal of the “bad boy.” At least long-term… 😉
Do you read your horoscope? Or think that is a bunch of hogwash?
Yes to both. 🙂
If you could be an item of clothing, what would you be?
Here’s what I would not be: panty hose. I hate them like men hate neckties—little sausage casings.
If you could have a theme song for your life- what would it be?
As a kid, I always had one song running through my head, so I guess it has to be my theme song: “High Hopes.” You know, “Just what makes that little old ant…think he can move that rubber tree plant.” I was the opposite of hip. Confessing this to you tells me that perhaps I still am….
Now that you have seen Phoebe’s funny side- don’t you want to connect with Phoebe on social media? I would!
