Swan Point
Adelia Hernandez, recently divorced from her husband, Ernesto- has moved to the Swan Point neighborhood of the small town of Serenity. While a divorce is hard for everyone normally- Adelia is feeling the pressure even more- she wants to protect her children from more hurt by Ernesto, she is dealing with family fall-out (her family does not believe in divorce) and grappling with the fact that Ernesto made her feel like less than a woman with his putdowns and affairs.
