They think I’m a young, idealistic law student, that I’m passionate about reforming a corrupt and brutal system.
They think I’m working hard to impress them.

Traveling With T’s Thoughts:
After listening to What Happened to Nina?, I knew I wanted to read or listen to more books by Dervla McTiernan. I checked out Audible and decided to give The Murder Rule a try.
I adore legal thrillers and this one has a nice revenge angle.
What I liked:
The cover is great as is the wording across the cover.
Hannah. She was multi-layered. Was she someone to root for? To be scared of? Was her reasoning understandable? So much to unpack with her.
The interesting look into the legal system- the good, the bad, and the ugly sides.
Bottom line: While I did enjoy it, I actually enjoyed What Happened to Nina? more. But this was def a solid 3 stars!
