On Tuesday, Theresa Rizzo stopped by Traveling With T to talk about her book JUST DESTINY. Today, she is here to reveal her #literaryconfessions (among other things!)

Author Spotlight: Theresa Rizzo

Who are some of your favorite authors?

I love Susan Wiggs, Lisa Kypas, naturally, Suzanne Collins and J.K. Rowling, Kaki Warner, Tessa Dare, Harlan Coben, are just a few.

When you are not writing, what are some of your favorite things to do?

I love to read, go for long walks, landscape, I make tile mosaics, play tennis, spend time with my family, play cards . . .

What are some of the books you are looking forward to reading in 2014?

My TBR pile is growing daily and has too many books to name.

Do you have any #literaryconfessions?

I can NEVER remember the name of books or authors. I can’t even remember the book I’m currently reading even though I’m enjoying it very much!

Do you have a #literarycrush?

Nope.

What books will you always make room for on your shelf?

I love romance in most of it’s subgenres.

Is there a book that has already been published that you wished you had written?

Harry Potter series and Hunger Games are amazing—I’m in awe of those ladies’ imagination. Other than that, I’ve enjoyed hundreds of books but I’m pretty happy sharing my own stories.

What is your favorite part of a book: Cover, opening line or closing line?

I don’t have a favorite part. If I had to choose, it’d probably be the opening line.
