Goodreads account- and the joy of using it….

At the suggestion of Zen- I’ve been using my Goodreads account to keep track of the books I actually own. It was a bit time consuming at first, but worth it. But I did not stop there. I’ve made a shelf for my Kindle books, my old Sweet Valley University books, and plan to make each author a shelf. All so that at a click on one button I can gaze at the books I have- without creating the mess that I made the other week in the fruitless search for the book I still can’t find.

Any other ideas as to how I can use my Goodreads account to my advantage? I’m all for suggestions- and thanks Zen!

Book Girl Problems = having so many books that you have to rely on a form of social media to help keep you organized.

  1. You can add a wishlist for books you don’t own yet. Add quotes you like. Join groups. Vote on books in listopia. Fan your favorite authors. Make friends. Enter to win books. Join the reading challenge.

    • Thanks- I knew about the quotes and groups. Have a few friends and have found favorite authors, as well. I have not joined the reading challenge- may have to do that. Thanks for the input!
